These Spice Mixes combine the finest ingredients to produce the most authentic Indian Curries we have ever tried.
They come in a box set of ten 80 gram packets and each packet contains enough pre mixed herbs and spices to complete a meal for 3-4 people, however you can reduce the quantities to suit your own tastes.
These spice mixes do not contain any Hydrogenated Vegetable Fats, no MSG, no Gluten, no Chemical Preservatives, no Artificial Colours and are suitable for Vegetarians.
You do not need to add anything else as this mix contains both oil and salts.
